The Manyo Dual-shading inks by Sailor are beloved for their variability, showing off surprising hues like pink within blue inks, purples within greens, and corals emerging from bright orange.
This boxed gift set includes one 20ml glass bottle of each the following colors: Haha, Nekoyanagi, Sakura, and Nadeshiko. Due to the nature of these particular inks, there can be slight variations in the color.

Sailor’s Manyo inks range is named for ‘Manyosyu’, the ‘Collection of Ten Thousand Leaves’, which is Japan’s oldest and most revered anthology of poetry.
It comprises over 4,000 poems written over a period of 400 years by people from all walks of life from emperors to farmers. Flowers are particularly relevant in Japanese culture and 1,500 of the poems relate to them. Sailor therefore decided to name the Manyo inks after flowers mentioned in this epic, centuries-spanning collection of poems.
